On the morning of October 19, 2025, at the ATL Hall – Can Tho University, the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources organized the seminar “Labor Market and Student Start-up Opportunities”. The event aimed to help students orient their careers, gain insights into the development trends in the environmental sector, and explore employment opportunities in the era of global integration.

Nearly 200 third- and fourth-year students from the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources also attended the seminar, creating an energetic and open atmosphere for exchange between students, enterprises, and lecturers.
During the session, Mr. Tran Trung Tin – Director of Nanoen shared his entrepreneurial journey in the environmental field, offering practical experiences in business development and valuable lessons about perseverance, innovation, and professional responsibility.
From the enterprise perspective, Mr. Tin emphasized the importance of equipping students with practical skills, innovative thinking, and adaptability to meet the growing demands of today’s labor market.
The seminar provided students with opportunities to access information, listen to real-world start-up stories, and orient their careers toward sustainable development. It served as a bridge connecting students, businesses, and experts to exchange and learn together toward a shared goal — building a high-quality environmental workforce for the future.
Through this seminar, Nanoen hopes students gain deeper insights into real-world practices in the environmental field, understand enterprise expectations, and identify their personal growth opportunities. At the same time, Nanoen aspires to inspire passion and entrepreneurial spirit in young people — those who dare to think, act, and create meaningful value for the community.
