When I first started working at Nanoen, I was very impressed with her, a woman in her thirties, always full of vitality, clearly shown through her warm, friendly and approachable smile. That first impression gradually blossomed into love and respect in my little heart, over the years we have been together here.

She is always a person who knows how to listen, understand the difficulties and problems in work, in the thoughts and feelings of everyone in the company. Thanks to that, she contributes to solving many urgent and sensitive issues arising in the work and living order between the management and employees and between employees. She is the one who reconciles and satisfies most of the brothers and sisters with the role of a bridge connecting all members, encouraging our spirit, motivating us in work and daily life. For me, through my narrow perspective, she is always a person with “a cool head and a warm heart”. The sister I want to introduce with all my love and admiration is Nguyen Thi Xuan, Head of Administration - Human Resources, Nanoen!
Starting from Accounting
Through many small conversations, I learned that in 2017, when Nanoen Company was newly established, she was invited to be the unit's accountant. At that time, the company was very young, had few people and of course the salary was very low... many people joined for a while and then turned around to find another job. Only she stayed from the beginning until now, not caring about the high or low salary and then thinking about moving. There were people who scorned her, she tried her best to learn the profession, as long as she had solid knowledge, she would leave sooner or later; they even thought they knew everything, when explaining: even if the salary was low, enduring a short time was okay! But they do not know, she is attached to a company to learn a job, to learn a profession; not only because of high or low salary; but also because of her respect and affection for her colleagues!
In 2010, she entered university, majoring in Statistics - K36 - Can Tho University. During 5 years of studying here, in addition to her excellent regular university degree, she also graduated with a second degree in Business Administration. Not only that, she also pursued evening accounting classes at outside centers, equipping herself with the knowledge and skills she loves to proactively prepare for life after graduation.
She has contacted many times to find a job, and every time, the place that accepts her arranges accounting tasks. She worked as an accountant for a company specializing in household appliances for almost a year, when she understood all the work, she applied to work as an accountant for a company specializing in electrical appliances - electronic equipment... Each time she approached a new field, she learned a lot about forms, data, items, accounts... including the temperaments and personalities of her colleagues and customers in different ways.
In 2017, her father fell ill and needed surgery. She had to quit her job to take care of him, temporarily putting aside her long-standing passion for the profession! But man proposes, God disposes! Her father was at a rare age, so he chose to take long-term medication, not wanting surgery... At this time, a leader of Nanoen company, who was a friend of hers who studied for a second degree, knew that she loved the accounting profession, and invited her to work at the newly established unit. Of course, she happily accepted without caring about the salary!
Saying that she did not care about high or low salary, for her, there was a reason. Since she was a second-year university student until now, she has been and is still a tutor for many students in grades 11 and 12 and preparing for university entrance exams. Her teaching method and salary calculation are also different from everyone else. Others open large classes, earning tens or hundreds of millions of VND/month/class; but she only teaches in the most compact form of class "one teacher - one student", 2 sessions a week, 2 periods per session, with an income of more than 1 million VND/month. She only accepts 3 groups, so she earns nearly 4 million VND/month, in addition to her salary, to take care of her life! She believes like the ancients, knowing enough is enough, so she is always comfortable and happy with her conditions and circumstances!
Surely everyone thinks "You get what you pay for"? Low salary means low quality of work? Not necessarily!
She shared: An accountant must be careful and meticulous in his work, and must be able to grasp and analyze fluctuations in salary, insurance, and the financial situation of the unit. Therefore, the responsibility of an accountant is very important, full of pressure, but also a meaningful job. Only those who are truly passionate can love the job and stick with those seemingly dry numbers!
The revenue results of the unit over the years of operation show that the growth is not easy, ups and downs, only then can we understand more about the hearts of the management and staff here. If in 2019, Nanoen's revenue increased by 86.3% compared to 2018; revenue in 2020 decreased by 37.6% compared to the previous year; then in 2021, although the whole country was heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, the unit's revenue was still guaranteed and increased by 66.7% compared to 2020. This is a telling number, demonstrating the determination to implement the motto "production must be safe - safe for production" in a difficult period of the country's economy, many businesses had to close or dissolve!

In 2020, she was promoted by the company's Board of Directors to the position of Head of Administration - Human Resources... marking her maturity after more than 4 years of dedication here. In addition to professional work, including tax accounting, internal accounting and general accounting... requiring a quick and timely grasp of information and legal regulations to ensure that all activities of the company always comply with the correct procedures and regulations; not to allow violations to occur... She has done a good job of calculating each material, item, and accessory for each bid package, helping to save expenses, eliminate errors and waste during the construction process. Thanks to that, the efficiency and revenue through each service contract are improved and stabilized, contributing to improving the income and life of workers significantly.
When employees have happy or sad stories, or are frustrated at work, or have ideological disagreements with the leaders, she is a gentle person, listening and then analyzing right and wrong, right and wrong to help them calm down. Gradually, the brothers chose her as a place to share all the good and bad things, asking her for advice and suggestions... to have a more mature and appropriate way of behaving and acting. From there, the brothers understood each other better, the solidarity in the company grew more and more, helping everyone participate in work with a cheerful and voluntary spirit! At the age of thirty, she has done a good job as an advisor, helping the brothers thoroughly understand their rights and obligations, no longer aimlessly, standing on this mountain, looking at that mountain. There are fewer and fewer phenomena of workers coming and going, applying and then quitting to find other jobs like before!
With such specific tasks, she is now considered a right-hand man of the company's leadership in human resource management, closely recording the capacity and dedication of each person, thereby proposing appropriate salary and bonus regimes! During the more than half year of the pandemic, she has advised the Board of Directors to resolve and support many difficult cases, helping them receive unemployment benefits and stabilize their lives.
Looking back at all the work she has done, she confided that she always feels satisfied with her current position and job. Continue to promote her ability and passion for accounting and human resources work better, contributing to bringing joy and happiness to her colleagues, working together to develop the company's career to new heights./.
