The Native American proverb says: “We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors, but borrow it from our children” seems to remind us to take action to return the green and life-giving Earth that was once so strong and beautiful in the past. Protecting the environment may seem like a big deal for children at their tender age, but it will be much easier when their families and those around them join them in doing so.
The responsibility to protect the environment seems to have no age distinction, because even small actions of children can contribute greatly to protecting the Earth – the common home of everyone.
